I ordered a product on 15th Dec'13 order id #9379609. The ShopClues website showed the product as delivered on 19th Dec.
But the product has not yet been delivered.
I escalated the issue in ShopClues and even contacted the ShopClues support team more than 5 times but I did not receive any assistance on this issue. And each time I was being told to wait for another 48 hrs.
The last two support executives whom I spoke were Gaurav on 2nd Jan and Sonakshi on 3rd Jan.
And on asking to connect me to their senior Gaurav spoke to me pretending as the senior/supervisor.
And also confirmed me that by today that is 3rd Jan I would receive a confirmation of what action would be taken that is either the product would be delivered ot the amount would be refunded.
But I did not get any communication on the same so contacted again to sort the issue. But still did not get any productive response.
