As per the specifications provided on shopclues website and claimed by shopclues, it was supposed to be brand new phone with proper invoice.

Handset recieved has a following defects

its a handset with body replaced that too quite a loose body, very old sim jack, battery is not fitting properly, keypad is not functioning properly.

Complaint has been lodged with shopclues support with refund request on 27-Mar-2014 only, since then even on continous follow up there is no update recieved.

These people are cheating the online cutomers, merchant is not providing invoice for goods for which payment made electronically.
