Reliance Communications Limited - Postpaid to prepaid conversion not effected and getting monthly charges

Dear Sir,

I have lodged a request to convert my No ********15 into prepaid no. as i am already having another post paid connection and want to cut down on my monthly expenses. The request was given in Reliance Web World at Warangal along with my ID Proof on 24/01/2013. after 3 days I recieved a call confirming my details and was told that within 48 hours my no. will be converted. Even after that when my no. was not converted i contacted several times on your customer care and evry time I have been given the same answer that within 48 hours my request will be completed.

Since then I have followed many no. of times on phone and in person but everytime I am either asked new set of documents or they simply register my compain under a new complain no without any fruitful outcome. Since then I am already charged for 2 months and dont know for how long the same will continue. Your staff at web world Hyderabad was so rude that Instead of providing a solution to the problem they are suggesting to port my no. to anoter operator. Although rude but I thing the same is now left as an option to me.
