My registered mobile number is ********24. My smart card number is 200********2. I want to know how come everyday my big tv account is getting deducted by Rs 7. My monthly package is never Rs 210 per month. I have bronze pack which cost me Rs 149 inclusive of taxes and the bangla pack should be free along with the bronze pack. i shouldnt be paying anything for the bangla pack. Also I want the reason why my account is getting debited with Rs 7 everyday? I kindly request you as a customer not to test drive my account. I want somebody higher to look into my big tv account to make sure that my monthly commitment should be Rs 149 and nothing higher than that. I continuously get messages on my mobile that your bangla pack is deactivated and again i get the next message that your bangla pack is getting activated. every time you activate and deactivate my bangla pack, there is additional amount that gets deducted from my account. On saturday I recharged my account and the balance was Rs 208 and today my balance is Rs 193. How can that be? I want a clear reason for that. If this continues then I will be forced to move to other dth subscribers. I am experiencing a very poor service from you which I have never expected. Everytime I call up the call centre, they have a new story to say and a new reason. I feel there is no uniformity in the service of the call centre executives. I am very upset by the service am receiving. If i see again that my Big TV account is getting deducted by Rs 7 everyday whereas my package is Rs 149, I will not make a second decision to shift my dth connection to your competitors. Also I want a compensation of the inconvenience that you have given me.
