Reliance Communications Limited - Poor Service and running sort of froud by Reliance

Cricket Daily Pack was subscribed automatically without my request and consent by them. Now this comes very costly @Rs5 per match day.
Then I called customer care and made request to unsubscrie this. Sevice Request Number is 138774549. This got processed by them on 13th Oct.

But again on 17th Oct, it got subscribed and flooding with unwanted cricket SMSs. This is very panic and affect my business and concentration during my office work. Today I have registed another complaint vide 139221012 to unsubscribe this.

Complaint is for:
1. Subscription of this service without my request and consent.
2. No amount is return back
3. again repeating subscription without my request and consent.

Complainant's Goal: No automatic subscription without request and consent. I want my money back
