Reliance Communications Limited - Pathetic Customer Service from Reliance Digital Bangalore

Hi!
I have bought a Fly mobile (model # B720)from reliance digital,cunningham road, bangalore on 21st September 2008 for Rs.8,899.00, while buying i have asked for a demo for the same for which a sales person named \"mahesha\"(mobile # ********88) has come for a demo in 1st week of october.
Intrestingly after the demo this guy has taken the original \"drivers software CD\" along with him as he tried this in his laptop.
after which i have tried to call him on his mobile several time but he never responded.
after using the mobile for some time, i had some problems with it, namely;
a) The Key pads were not functioning properly.
b) Most of the incomomg calls were displayed as \"restricted no\"
c) Very Low battern back-up...i had to charge this phone atleast thrice,inspite of using it moderately.
d) Phonebook had a problem..i.e if i need to search any name starting from \"L\"..i need to scroll entire namelist of J,K to reach L.

On 21st Feb,I went to reliance digital to to give my phone for servicing,where some Mr Shiva (Mobile # ********5) told me that after sales service will be taken care by the company itself and asked me to go to the service which is also located on cunningham road.

I gave the phone for servicing on the same day i.e 21st Feb 2009,and highlighted all the problems which they had written in their records for which i also have a copy.
on 28th feb,saturday i got a call from the service centre saying that phone is serviced and i can collect it.I went on same day to collect the phone.i specifically asked the staff if all the problems are corrected, which they told yes.
I couldn\'t check the phone while collecting as i was not having the Sim card.
After reaching home when i checked the phone, i was surprised to see that all the problems were intact and nothing was sorted out.


I again gave the phone on 3rd march 2009 on same service centre telling that the phone is not serviced and all the problems are intact.Same day i also went to Reliance digital to highlight this problem to Mr Shiva,he took all the details from me and assured that he will follow up with the company and make sure my moblie is serviced asap.

I have called them several time to check on the status and have been there atleast twice..just to hear that they are facing parts problem from the company and will get it shortly.
Intrestingly on the same day while browsing the store i found out from sales staff that even Reliance Digital has stopped keeping this company\'s phone since november last year(which i was never told by Shiva).

It has been almost 4 months now since that phone has been given for serviving but till today i have no status.
Now, even Reliance digital has washed off their hands...

Kindly help me in this as Rs 8,899 is not a small amount to be given as a charity.
