BALANCE DEDUCTION ISSUE STILL REMAINS UNSOLVED
ON 13-08 SANDEEP FROM RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE REPLIED ME---"I MADE A CALL TO AN AIRTEL NO ********48 ON 19-07 FOR A DURATION OF 10260 MINUTES----THAT IS WHY MY BALANCE REDUCED TO RS.0.06 DUE TO THIS CALL." THIS MOBILE NO WAS INACTIVE/INVALID FOR ALL MOST ALL FROM 9 MONTHS---AND NO CALL WAS MADE TO THIS NO AT ALL.AND THIS NO BELONGS TO MY DAUGHTER[NIRMALA SAGAR] WHO CLARIFIED ALL THEIR ENQUARIES-------CAN SOMEBODY IMAGINE A MAN OF 63 YEARS OF AGE MADE A CALL OF SUCH A LONG DURATION AND THAT TO NON STOP CALL OF 10260 MINUTES------IS IT POSSIBLE? AGAIN ON 14-08 SOME MITESH ENQUIRED THE SAME THING AND GOT THE REPLY FROM ME AS WELL AS FROM MY DAUGHTER------STILL NO SOLUTION.
AS FAR AS MY CALCULATION 10260 MINUTES=171 HOURS-----I CALLED THIS NO ********48 FOR 7 DAYS AND 3 HOURS CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT ANY BREAK? IS THIS NOT A JOKE/FUNNY ANSWERS GIVEN BY RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE?----IN THIS WAY THEY ARE DEALING WITH THE GRIEVANCES OF THE CUSTOMER. CAN SOMEBODY IMAGINE HOW MUCH I SUFFERED FROM THIS TYPE OF THE ATTITUDES OF THE CUSTOMER CARE FROM RELIANCE.TILL TO DATE MY MOBILE IS UNUSABLE-----HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO GET RESOLVED THE ISSUE?
