I m using phone number 562-3290918 in name of rakesh mittal for last three years and paying bills regularly. then one of your executive come in january 09 and said that if you will pay 5000 rs as a advance rental u will not charged one month bill & your bhone will be changed free of cost. we have paid that amount in cash. and after three months he changed the phone set. then in month of may we have recived your bill inclusive of phone set charges of rs. 1400. so we have not paid the bill. then again your executive came to us with a refund of 700 as phone set charges and we have paid the outstanding bill on 16th of june and he said that your phone outgoing will start in two hours and till date my phone outgoing is not started. on 14th july i have droped the phone set in your nehru nagar office and still thay are saying it will take time who dont know what time thay will take.
