Reliance Communications Limited - Not satisfied with services of Reliance Comm. (GSM service) Smart

I am using Reliance GSM (Smart) service and my mobile number is ********99. But it is most painfully submitted that my balance on 2-8-10 at 10.30 pm was Rs.339.80/- but in the morning of 03-08-10 when I make a call, I was surprised to see the balance i.e. Rs.286.80/-. A amount of Rs.52/- was deducted from my main balance by the company. When I approach to customer care, they stated that I have activated internet services. But the fact is that I have not activated any type of service, the company has activated by itself and deducted the amount. Now I am not able to understand what to do and how to get my deducted balance credited on my above mobile number.

Please help me and do the needful.
