Reliance Communications Limited - Not satisfied with Reliance Communication services

I had applied for a Reliance mobile postpaid number in Sringar after paying a initial amount of Rs 500. I was issued with a Sim card after a week, bearing mobile number ********81.

Even after 3 weeks, the number is yet to be activated. Everytime, i try calling my agent Mr Jitendar(********48), he comes up with new excuses for not activating the number. I also tried calling the Regional Manager, Mr Sanjay(********26), atleast 25 times, but the individual did not pick up the phone, nor did he revert back to me.

I have also told my agent to cancel the number, and refund back the money back to me, but he has been of no help in that regard. I have also called the Nodal officer in jammu, but even he is also never available in his office.

I must have spent atleast more than Rs 500 in calling up my agent and the customer service centre, but of no avail. It is almost more than a month since I have applied for a number, but still the number is to be activated.
