Reliance Communications Limited - Not satisfied with Reliance communication

When today I woke up , I found again Rs 30 / deducted from my balance without my consent . Two days ago they deducted Rs 3/ w/o my consent .

On 4th August I wrote the complain text of which is as below

am having prepaid connection ********98. I am finding it difficult to maintain the balance in my mobile. Without taking my consent , M/s Reliance have deducted Rs 30 / from my balance today .
Please instruct M/s Reliance that I am not at all interested to subscribe any service other than calls reciept or send .


THE RELIANCE THEN AFTER 48 HRS , PAID BACK TO ME . BUT NOW AGAIN THEY DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE.
IF THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO , I WOULD HAVE NO OPTION BUT TO CHANGE THE OPERATOR .
I HAVE THREE MOBILES CONNECTION WITH RELIANCE ( ********98, ********31 & ********91) & DTH CONN WITH RELIANCE.
