my prepaid cell no ********03 has had auto plans tone subscribed without even i confiirming or requesting ever..it came as..rs.5o/- charged for usage for a month.
visited gomti nagar.lucknow office 3 times...staff on phone and person agittated always...cant handle us..lack of composure and training.
then..called for complaint that my ringtone..hanuman chalisa has been unsubscribed by the network channel..no request by me at all...to retrieve it takes 48 hours as told..yet not done since 4th may now.
different people call up to enquire now...but the whole story is repeated like ramayan...this putsone cheesed off.
no senior to listen to...i myself g m ..head operations of a veryu large private sector co in india..and son of ex chief justice..u.p...and ex actng governor ..u.p......a lawyer too...dont want to go to court.....small issue but unresolved.
who can we speak to here for redressal..shall wait for 5 days or else file a consumer court complaint thru mylawyer mr ashish singh...lucknow..u.p.
deeply pained at the state of efficiency...on speaking to me on phone the customer care associte takes on another call several times putting me on hold or disconnecting..it happened nowat 12noon.....the cell is with my wife mrs r banerji always registrered in my name..ashish banerji...member, consumer forum of india.
