I used a reliance netconnect broadband and gave service termination request in 2009 but after repeated attempts of reminding reliance regarding the outstanding payments from their side , payment was not made. Recently on 11th January a complaint was also registered in the Rajasthan Nodal office but after reminding them on 16th , 21st, 24th and 27th of January still no satisfactory reply was given to me. Even after that i made several visits to their head office and everytime I was directed to customer care and the top officials didn't even bothered to meet me and solve my issue. Still I am waiting for the cheque to be delivered despite the fact that I have received a mail from reliance office saying that my claim is correct and payable. I have no other resort other than filing a consumer complaint
