I have recharged with Rs. 1500 for 12 gb data pack for ********54 on 25/09/13
I haven't get the data till now.
I am calling every day to your customer care and nobody helped me. Even Rahul and Devendra cut my phone in middle when I told him to transfer my call to senior. I called from ********50 to get help and the time was around 12:15AM to 1.06AM dated 30/09/13

I spent many rupees in calling your customer for nothing.

Also, If your customer care is not able to solve the issue. Why have you opened this type of "Ghatiya" customer care.
