Reliance Communications Limited - More than one week internet is not working and No proper response from Customer

We have been facing a uphill task with Reliance Broad band Connection. Its non functional for the past 10 days. One of our staff just spend 30 mnts every day to raise a complaints to sort out the non working connection. Is there any other mechanism should we follow to resolve the complaints.
