Reliance Communications Limited - More than 360 Rs deducted from Reliance prepaid mobile without any reason

Good day .Please help me .I am using reliance prepaid number . My number is ********75 .On 6th Sept 2013, my mobile balance was more than 150 Rs
,but the next morning i.e on 7th Sept the prepaid balance was coming to Rs. 0 . Then again I recharged Rs 220. But that money also reliance deducted. So totally more than 360 Rs deducted from my prepaid balance without informing me anything. When I called customer care they are refused to give details of money deduction. Even I faced the same issue before 2 months ago
That time I have made numerous complains regarding this to their customer service by phone *333 but whenever i am complaining they are refunding some money but after 2 months the story is same again deducting more than 360 Rs .Kindly help me to refund the money so taken by reliance
And also take some strong action so that they do not harass or do such things in future with any customer. Please note my mobile number is ********75. I have been using this number for last two years.Kindly help.
