Reliance Communications Limited - Mobile call Torture

I am getting continuous calls from ********99. Whenever I pick-up the call there is no response. If I call back to the same number , from my mobile it is saying as it seems you have dialed wrong number. If I call from different number than call is getting initiated but there is no response, No one is picking up the call.
Can you please check & get back to me as this is irritating to me?
