Hi,

I have purchased a KP500 mobile in the month of Nov 09. From the time I have purchased I am facing issues with the touch screen, the touch screen becomes on operational, ie, the touch pad does not respond at all(basically the screen hangs).

I have visited customer care at least 5times till date and there is no solution for the problem. List of actions that was taken on my mobile sofar.

• Software was upgraded.
• Touch pad was replaced.
• Circuit (PBC) was replaced.

In spite of above actions, the issue has not been rectified. The screen still hangs and does not allow me to operate. Last time when I visited the service center, now they claim that there might be some issue with the SD card. I am not sure if the service center is capable of handling the issue, as it seems to me that they incompetent to handling such issues.

HOPE SOME ONE RESPONSIBLE READS THIS MAIL AND TAKE ACTION.

i also have lg kp 500, and i also replaced touch pad of the mobile but after replacing touch pad it can not working after few hours , i can complaint to LG but not resolve my problem. my LG mobile is still switch off for 7 months

I support this complaint. even i have the same problem. i went to the service centre with d complaint dt while typin txt's my cell hangs a lot n it has a problem with d touchscreen n they are like we dont find any problem it in.. lg mobile sucks bloody jerks

I support this complaint. I've the same problem with my LG KP500. It's touch screen has stopped working and after giving it 3 times for repairing to the service centre, the problem has not resolved. This mobile is a poorly designed set and is just a piece of junk.

Have taken the phone to LG Service Center - Goregaon West 2 times but same problem exists.

Will refrain from buying a LG (Low Grade) phone again.

I support this complaint. My KP 500 has , over the last week stopped showing anything on screen and does not respond to any button pressing. I reboot and it works for awhile. Plan to return under warranty, will see how I go.

i'm also facing some problem with touch screen. lower portion of my mobile's screen does not work and when i touch in any application to operate in this area of screen its above application opens. This problem occurs now after a year of proper working. please anybody help me to understand this problem.

I bought LG 500 , it's touch screen is not working, none of the service centre is supporting for this issue, don't buy any kind of LG phone , u will get cheated
