I have purchased a LG semi automatic washing machine but its not working properly from day one. I tried to contact customer care center and they sent an engineer to fix the problem but as soon as he left problem started again.
I contacted customer care to replace the product but they refused to do that, they said they will fix it again. Its not my fault I have paid for a new product and they delivered a faulty one.
These things make a bad impression of companies like LG etc.
I bought a double door LG refrigerator on 11/3/2008. Immediately after
purchasing it the product had a gas leak, there was a leak in
transportation i was told and it was fixed by LG, then again after 1
year in April 09 it developed the same problem and i had to pay Rs 957
to get it fixed, now in July after 3 months it developed another
problem and i was told it will cost me Rs 700 to get it fixed, after
this also i am told that another sensor is weak and it will fail in
some time. And the customer support executive comes up with a plan of
Rs 2647 as guarantee for 4 years.
I feel flabbergasted with LG\'s attitude and their support, selling
defective pieces and then continously suck the customer for support
seems to be a brand new BUSINESS STRATEGY innovated by LG.
Why should i pay for their defective item,it should be responsibility
of LG to ensure quality when seeling products world wide.I feel totally
disspointed and dissatisfied.
On top of all this i get calls from them seeking feedback, what is the
point in taking feedback when you are not serious about it ? Why do e
mere eyewash for completing formalities ?
I would like to pass on this message for others to be careful and forewarned about LG.
