We bought a 1.5 ton split AC from LG on 3 MAY 2006 . Ther used to be gas leakages very frequently but our complaints were taken care of. On 8 MAY 2009 a complain was filed regarding non cooling of AC. The engineers visited after 3 days and told that there is a gas leakage. As the product was under AMC ,gas charging was done but after 2hours only the gas leaked again due to careless work by the engineers. Then 2 days after someone came and told us that the compressor is not working properly and needs to be replaced. Then the next day a new compressor arrived and installed. After installment they told us that the compresor is defective and also it was not of the same model. Since then we are waiting for our complain to be attended and our calls are also not being answered by the service centre. This is complete carelessness from the company\'s side regarding our complain.
