LG Electronics India - Illogical payment

I am sending herewith you the copy of my complaint i have mail & mail to lgservice@lgindia.com on 14/06/2009, 20/06/2009, 03/07/2009 & 20/07/2009 but as of today i have received the only answer my mail has been forwarding to the concern branch. But except this i have not reveive any reply from LG service. mail. The only reply i have received LG Services. Copy of my complaint to LG Service is as follow:

Subject: Illogical Payment

I am unfortunate to say that I have purchased a 29\" TV form Bansal Sales Corporation Gurgaon on 21/02/2008 As per my bill no. 850 dated 21/02/2008. During the period since I have purchased (15Months) this TV, there has been frequent display problem. Two times the problem has been solved by the engineer from your customer care without replacing any part. This time I have face the same problem I have lodge the complaint at the TOLL Free No. of your customer care vide my complaint no. N9C********. My TV was playing OK there was only width problem in display (the same problem as happened twice in the past. The engineer (Named Mandeep) from your customer care attends the problem, but was not able to repair and tell me about the diod problem. The second time the same engineer attend the problem this time he tried unsuccessfully and tell me about the another problem named transistor or any other name matching like this. He has ordered for this part to your customer care centre. But during third time when the engineer came, my TV was running OK with the same problem. The Engineer installed the called part but this was not the problem, so he uninstalled the new part. But third time during repairing due to negligence knowingly or unknowingly of the engineer one of the part called MICON IC became burnt. He told me the way for customer care centre. I told him please bring the TV in the prior situation so that we can look the T20 match. The engineer told me that TV will not be run because the IC has been brunt. But this was OK when the engineer came. I take the TV to customer care centre at Gurgaon they have repaired the TV. But at the time of payment they have charged me with the amount of part (Micon IC Rs. 616) which was burnt due to negligence or incompetence of the engineer during repair. I have told the attendant at customer care centre, why I should pay for the part which was burnt due to negligence of your engineer. But not only I have got unsatisfied answer but also find unrespected behave with me. There were two three person they also try to befool me. I have made all the payment as per your bill no. 7314 dated 14/06/2009. Regarding above I am seeking your reply for my further action:

1. The payment is logical or not for part which was burnt because of your engineer during repair.

2. Unrespected behave by your engineers at your customer care centre.

3. This problem has been occurred frequently since i have purchased the TV, but they don\'t have make the permanent solution.
