it is regret to inform you that the attitude of shopclue organization is not upto the statndard.
I am describing the fact below

1. I have ordered 3 PHILIPS 10w LED BULB THE FUTURE OF LIGHTING COOL WHITE COLOR B22 BASE Code: 3650986 by paying Rs 1950 vide order no #17276453 on 24/7/2014.
2. I have received a confirmation mail the product has been despatched and it will be delivered by 5th August 2014.
3. As the same is not delivered within the stipulated period i have complained to your customer support through mail as well as mail. the proof of the same is attached for your kind reference.
4. Since then one month has passed neither the product is delivered nor the amount is refunded.
