Reliance Communications Limited - Improper billing in Reliance net connect broad band

I got a mail from rcomm stating that I have crossed my credit limit and asked me to pay 2300Rs immediately. My credit limit is 1900. As per my plan, I can download 3 GB in daytime and 10 GB in nite time. If I exceed this limit for every additional 1 mb, they will charge Rs2.
When i checked their website to track my usage, I was surprised to see that my usage was well with in the limit.

When i called the customer care executive, they simply asked me to pay the amount. When I asked for a bill with all the data usage details they refuse to provide me and said that they can provide only after 10 days (After Aug 18th). The CSR is not ready to book a complaint for this issue. Without a valid bill how can they ask an user pay certain amount.
