Reliance Communications Limited - illegal money deduction 4m my account by reliance on 10/1/2011 ,on name of masti

respected sir/mam ,
on 10.10.2011 at 10:18 pm pm i got a sms 4m no. 52424 "thanks for subscribing to masti pack alerts pack. you have been charged rs.30 for 30 days. to deactivate sms UNSUB MASTI to52424".
i was amazed as i have not opted 4 any such service
then i talked to customer care (mr kamal) and he told me to lalk in morning. then i sent a sms "UNSUB MASTI" TO 52424
i did talk ( miss nidhi , mr anuj ...) in morning but was told that i will not b refunded the money as the sms 4 activation of the masti pack service was 4m my no. which i am sure was not. i told them that i have already started "DND" 4M 15.12.2010 then how come any service b activated by the company.
what i want is my money back
