Reliance Communications Limited - i m not satisfied with the service of Reliance broadband secvice

i have taken reliance broadband connection in delhi ( phone no 01130424012 ) about 4 months back and since then i mam facing lot of problems with my connections as both phone and broadband is not working regularly, i have complained this to the sevice centre manier times and they also send their person to rectify the problem but nothing is done till date and inspite of my repeated calls to them the local person Mr Satpal has not done anything to solve my problem
request you to pls look into this problem as i am paying the bills regularly and there is no outstanding pending from my side so i am definetly looking for better service from your side, otherwise i have to some action and get connection from other service provider and take this matter to higher authorities

Complainant's Goal: my problem should be resolved asap and refund the money for non service days
