Reliance mobile communications limited - i m losing my money even i opted for a particular service

we have opted for unlimited service by paying an amount of 300 rs.the aim of this service is we can talk 30minutes everyday for free upto 30 days.but the problem is that the money is being cut from my balance even though i didnt talk for 30 minutes in a particular day.so please verify my problem and please provide a solution for my problem as soon as possible.
