Reliance Communications Limited - I HAVE SUFFERED A HUGE LOSS DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE

Hello,
I am using Reliance Broad band, where my subscriber id is 3********711.
My modem stopped working on 19 july 2009
On 20 july 2009 I registered a complaint (complaint no.- 104572994), for which i was promised that it would be resolved within 24 hours.
on 21 july i got no response so I again lodged a complaint on 22 july 2009(complaint no.-0********2).
And the problem was rectified on 22 july 2009 at 7:16 pm i.e. almost 4 days late.
Due to this failure of service by reliance I suffered from a loss of RS. 2000 as i had to do trading on internet and had to sell my previous shares.
Complainant's Goal: I want an compensation of atleast RS10000.
