I have given back the product 2 months ago due to the defect in the product for which I was promised that I would get a refund but till now I havent recieved any refund and I have been living without a mobile since months...

I have filed numerous mails without any responses....Im in urgent need of my money now !!

Complainant's Goal: I did not yet recieve my refund which was supposed to happen months back !!
