sir, in our socaity even street childern also they know about reliance services & well known good products,. i know about services ,when i took sim card GSm(********01) till 4jan i feel very happy i could not enquiry to customer service they gave good services , but yesterday I easy recharged rs 80/- for balance at retailer Name: Sanjay jain (22********1101051413) at abids area in hyd he says process has completed he gave one receipt( tr ID 3********5) but i did not get recharge amount of balance , i asked to ratailer he said very scoodly " i dont know about that matter " i could talk no one about that matter . at that time i called customer service they could not give any soluction @ Not replay at situvation i lost my mobile aslo. about that situvation i am very dissapopointed . plese rectify about that matter
