I was contacted over phone by Reliance chennai office(nungambakkam) on May 3, 2010 and they said that there has been an offer for that particular day which includes a reliance wireless landline connection for Rs.1650 for which incoming is free for 20 years. call charges- 90 paise/3 minutes. they also said i shall be provided with a data chord and internet charges will be 150 per month unlimited 256 kbps connection. They also said i can return back the phone and get the amount back within 3 months. I opted for it and on the very night they came and installed it. they said after a month reliance mumbai division will contact me n provide the data chord. Its been more than a month now and there is no info abt data chord. I just tried to contact the mobile no. of the person who contacted me, but she is not picking up the phone. Now i wanna give back this phone and i am clueless of whom to contact.
