I am highly dissatisfied by how reliance works. After every few days I get a message that my some amount is deducted for no reason and I need to give a call at the call centre for getting the reversal.
On 15 Sep'13 I had a balance of 133.99 and on 16 Sep'13 I receive a balance of 117.49. Rs.17 deducted from my account. This time when I apprised Reliance call centre for the amount to which they kept transferring my call to some senior, i spoke to at least 3 persons but with no resolution. The only answer they could give was we cant see the details before 3 days and I need to get a service activated which will charge me some amount and I can check my details for the last 6 months. The only thing which didnt go down my neck is how can reliance charge me for the amount which id deducted by them for no reason.
I had an sms pack of Rs.19 which is deactivated without prior notification and I am being charged around Rs.6 for the outgoing messages.

I have written the complaint to reliance but has not received any acknowledgement.

I expect you guys to refund my Rs.17 and also activate my sms pack and refund the amount that is charged extra for the out going messages. My alternate no is ********45.
