On 3 May 2009, i asked for a refund of Rs 3500/- ( Amount of datacard purchased from Reliance Web world, Delhi , Pitampura) due to poor services , frequent disconnection, slow speed of internet since despite various telephonic complaints & on mails , Reliance failed to resolve my concerns.
I received a reply on mail saying that they have logged my request with Service Request ID ********. Also said, We are working on the same and would respond to you in the next 24 working hours.

I settled all bills till 8th June 2009 period and made complaint on 7th June by phone to disconnect the services and refund my amount Rs 3500 .

Only, company people kept telling that they are checking the issue and would correct it soon.

I am surprised to see bills getting generated despite my request for disconnection. Now today company has sent reminder to pay Rs 1387/- which is harassment and a shock to me.

I have evidence on mails , i asked for refund on 3 May 2009 for Rs 3500. It is Reliance who owe me my money not me.

Kindly help resolve the issue and help in gettinmg refund. They have failed to provide proper services to broadband datacard internet user. They should honestly refund my amount.
