I ACTIVATED GPRS ON MY RELIANCE GSM ********13 ON 10 FEB 2011 & I REGRET TO INFORM THAT IT JUST WORKED HARDLY FOR 3-4 DAYS. AFTER THAT IT IS NOT EVEN WORKING FOR A SECOND.
I NOTIFY CUSTOMER CARE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SO MANY BUT THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND FOR ONCE.
I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY RELIANCE.
IT WASTES NOT ONLY MY VALUEABLE TIME BUT ALSO CAUSED FINANCIAL LOSS OF RS. 10,000/- DUE TO UNAVAILABLE GPRS.
I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT GOING TO BE GOOD FOR THE HEALTH OF COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOOYEES.
