Reliance Communications Limited - I am not satisfied with Reliance customer service

I have recharged my GSM phone with Rs. 210/-, which the denomination was not exist but the transaction was success and mobile not recharged. but I got SMS that your account has been recharged with Rs.0.01 core talk time, Please pay 210/-
