I am Satish Kr. Sharma From hasimara, Jalpaiguri(w.b)
I activated GPRS on my reliance GSM worth Rs.99 for a month,some days ago.
But it is not working from last 10 days.
when i called custmer care on *333, they didn't accept my complaint and disconnect my call.
It made me face many difficulties.
I need compensation for the difficulties.
MY RELIANCE NO. IS ********13.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back or free GPRS for a month
