Dear Sir,
We have 7 Postpaid connections of Reliance Communication in the name of Hemraj Oils Pvt. Ltd. Out of which 4 connections were dead due to battery problem from 3 months. We have registered so many complain in your local webworld i.e. Burdwan Webworld, B.C. Road, Burdwan but with no positive result. They assured us that our problem will be solved soon. Since these phones have commercial use, hence i want to surrender all phones of Reliance due to very poor service and want to switch to other service providers.
