Reliance Communications Limited - I am not satisfied with Reliance Communication

Last wednesday i made a call to Reliance Customer Care to notify about Poor GPRS Service.
I called on *333.
They asked for 50p/3min. for a call to customer care executive. They disconnect my call after some 3 or 4 minute Maximum.
But they charge Rs. 3 for the conversation.

NEXT day when i again call CUSTOMER Care.
They Charge RS. 2.50 without any conversation.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH such a thing.
My no. is ********13...

I want MY MONEY BACK.
OR
I WILL COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES..
