Hi

I am using reliance Broadband from last 3 months
contact no is: ********00


Problem is that once the phone and broadband connection is dead and when i raised a request for service (Complaint number:109148801) there is no response for even 5 days of the complaint. The complaint is been raised on 14th September 2009.

The local service guy does not respond properlly, He speaks so negligently.

Complainant's Goal: Stop the Reliance broadband service and I will not pay this month bill
