Whenever I am using internet on my phone, the balance is getting deducted from my main balance inspite of having 190 mb left on data balance.The internet balance is valid till today.
I am getting back my deducted amount but I am not being able to use internet on my phone because of this.On contacting customer care, they are avoiding saying it is a technical issue.
It has been 5 days since this issue is occurring.
Complainant's Goal: The main balance should not get deducted when I have data balance on my number
