I have 19 Rs SMS Pack activated on my no. according to which i am charged 1paise/ sms and i am not getting any benifits of it.It is auto renewal pack. It got activated on sunday morning i.e on 25th. Still i am charged 1 Rs for every sms. I have made a complaint for it thrice already and they say it will be resolved in two days. and still it is the same. My complain ids are 207993817,208040929,208061921. Please look into it and get me a resolution as soon as possible.
