Reliance Communications Limited - I am insulted & cheated by the Reliance communication customer service executive

Sir,

I have reliance post paid card and my no. is ********68. My mother have been using this number since past 1-1/2 years and have been facing continuous mental trauma from the reliance customer care executives as they have been deducting Rs30-60 per month for various promotional packages which i haven\'t subscribed for. On enquiry, assurance is given that no such act would be repeated but to no avail. They keep on adding such packages without my prior consent and refuse to waive off the charge, when asked for an explanation. On strict connotation, they use threats and abusive languauge. For the recent complaint, I had lodged a comlpaint on 11 January, 2010 to unsubscribe for the forcefull addition of healthcare package and waiving off the charge of Rs30 against it. I was assured that the amount would be credited within 48 hours in my pre-paid account and received a message confirming the same. However after a week, on 17th January, 2010, the customer care executive and the senior executive both used abusive languages and refused to waive off the charges.

Complainant's Goal: I want an apology letter from the customer care executives (senior also)
