I am unhappy with the way I am being cheated..I was told at the Reliance store that i will have 5gb per day and 10 gb per nite facility given.on a daily basis when I went to buy this connection last month.(march 2010) Today I went to the store as my connection got disconneted lady says It was just 5gb and 10 gb nite for the whole month and not for the day.So my credit limit got exceeded and I am now supposed to pay 4000 rupees which is not because of my mistake.When I asked for the person who sold me this connection I was told that his name was Laxman and he has left the organisation some time back..I am a new customer to the Reliance interent.and I am extremely unhappy by the way I am being cheated.I want necessary action to be taken against the person so that customers like me need not bear the trouble and also my charges to be settled.The manager of the location was Miss.Rekha..office location is Reliance netconnect @ habsiguda. next to ICICI Bank.Hyderabad.I dont want to pay this bill as it is not my mistake.please call me @ ********23 for further explanation on this.I still have made a partial payment towards the account as I wanted to show you that I am ready to be with you provided you support me.If not I would not want to continue the relation with Reliance any more.Please revert back to me at - ram.avtar@ge.com or call me at ********23.
