This is regarding the Big Tv connection I have purchased on the 2nd of may 2009 bearing smart card No.200532568096 in my name Rosario Carvalho.
want to know if there is really some one at reliance who really care and address the problems the customers have. I purchased the connection paying Rs 1790 with 3 free months.
and My first experience itself was a horrible one. i was told that a person will come within 72 hours to install the BIG TV connection after 4 days a person comes and installs it. at the time of purchase i was clearly informed that after 3 free months i will only need to pay rs 100 towards my monthly bills and i agreed, no one informed me and even before the 3 free months were over i get a message on my mobile that i need to pay Rs 245 towards my mothly bill. i called the customer care and spoke to many people. who dont even know the JOB and cannot even speak in local or English language. Finally a nother rep came along saying that he was a supervisor. and promised me that he will take care of my concern. and will call back. till today i am waiting for that call it been 4 months now. After all the hassels i went through again i wanted to shift my house and i called over and over spoke to 5 different people there at RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE and no one informed me that there is a Rs 700 charge for house move, well i had also recharged the account with Rs 300 and now i am not able to get anything.
I want to know why are we supposed to pay when i really get a very poor service the SET UP box remote does not work at all. and no one seems to really know what they are speaking at RELIANCE. After all the pain that i have gone through i have given up on reliance. and i just want to throw the CRAP out of the Window.
Was this Mr Dhirubhai\'s Dreem { KAR LO DHUNIA MUTTI MAI} With this type of service he wont even be able to catch or hold a fly in his HANDS....now i have decided to tell anyone and everyone never to even thing of reliance for any kind of bussiness with these people. I do not have any excaptions. from this type of company and people working there.
I WILL STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL THE PEOPLE WHOM I MEET AND ALSO TO ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS PLEASE DONT DO AND HAVE ANY SORT OF BUSSINESS WITH SUCH A HORRIBLE AND A CRAP COMPANY.iNSTEAD THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS AVAILABLE I GUESS EVEN YOUR LOCAL cABLE OPERATOR IS WORTH DOING BUSSINESS.
