Reliance Communications Limited - Harresment of customer with deduct of money into their a/c

Dear Sir/m'dm

We r using Reliance GSM Services for more then 1yr.(********01). This mbl.no is used at home,but for the last 4-5 months they were started unnecessry service charges which was not confirmed by ourself. My family can't knew the technically things but i note down the error of deducting money for offering the services which we are never used. In this process they neither gave our permission to deducte money into our a/c. Twice time i remind him into the customer care & they accepted later & refund the money. Recently on 10th march a call was made at 5-6 PM from customer care for offering some services meanwhile when our talk going on the call disconnect. Later on 12th march when i checked the balance a/c i found that Rs.49/-deducted into my a/c.When i call (6.30- 7.00Pm)to customer care, Mukesh the executive told me that u confirmed the services to yr telemarketing team to taking the services,when i told me that we yr marketing call not complete on that date because i pick the phone when the call came & i don't not about which services it charged because call disconnected. But i can't understand my explaination later he told me that he return Rs.10/ from that when i told him if i m make u call then this amt which u promise me to return it can't be made.Later for my insistance he talk to his sr.Presently i don't know his name. I told me all the detail & said to him this repeat but he told me that you confirm it to mktg division so i can't help you. When i told me whenever you provide any services to customer u raise sms to person or brefing to him about the product. But in this case no sms shoot from ur side, if it's shoots then my respose promtly to that sms. But he argue that he can't help me in this regard. This is riduculous to deduct the balance from a customer of which services which he never asked or request. They just making people fools,that is very shameful for shake of few rupees they spoil the presituous company name. I want take proper steps not to repeat such a thing in future not for me or anybody else. Sooner or later i definetly use the power of portablity to switchover the network provider beacause i lost the faith to this company & his credibility.
