Reliance Communications Limited - Harassment of chossing Reliance 3G and illegally charged for two months.

Dear Sir | Madam,

Regarding my case please find the below details:--

My Reliance 3G Mobile Broadband No: ********96
Plan : 950 Rental with 10 GB data.
Activated on 22nd July'2012.
Bill Cycle Day: 07 (monthly bill generated on 07th of every month)

Period 1: 22nd July to 6th August : --
I got this connection on 22nd of July and the first month billing period becomes 22nd July to 6th of August.
Accordingly, on the basis of pro-rata, for this period bill amount Rs. 550.93 was generated and I paid.

Period 2: 7th August to 6th September : --
In this period, it was shows me that all the 10GB data consumed within 7 days.
It was very surprise to me, because the data consume record in my dongle was like 3.67 GB. Though the data consume record at the dongle is only a approximate not exact to that of actual server, but in my case i got a huge difference.
So, I decided to terminate the reliance connection and raised a request accordingly.
And the connection was disconnected on 29th August, and the bill Rs. 792.00 was generated on the basis of pro-rata for the period 7th to 29th August.

After, the connection got disconnected, in the first Week of September month, one reliance executive call me from no. ********01. He informed me about a new plan "Pay As You Go" and told me that this plan had been activated on my number after the deactivation on 29th August for post paid plan of 10GB.
This information to me was given by the customer care executive is totally without my consent and any request. I declare that I had never requested to migrate to any new plan after the deactivation of my number on 29th August.

However, After the reliance executive had informed me and discussed with me, I claimed OK with "Pay As You Go".

Now, From Period: 7th September to 6th October--

As the "Pay As You Go" was activated, I start using the number once again. But I was experiencing very slow speed for this whole period and I guess 2G service was provided to me.
Now, when the bill generated for this period, I was socked because it was again with rental amount Rs. 950.(Total Bill: 1067.42).
Thus, they activated "Pay As You Go" to my number and generating the bill as per previous Plan (950 Rental with 10 GB data).

So finally i decided not use this number anymore.

Period 3: 7th October to 6th November--
I have not use the SIM, but still getting the bill for Rs. 792.00 for this month. I was confirmed that this amount was generated with plan "Pay As You Go". But this plan should charged only when I use the service.


So I raised a complain on reliance customer service, Complaint Number:30335555.
I didn't get any call, any email regarding this complaint.

Then I raised complaint to the higher authority "RCOMAppellateAuthority.Delhi@relianceada.com" [SR Number: 1********], but didn't get any resolution.

Please help to resolve this Billing issue as early as possible.
