Reliance Communications Limited - GPRS issue

My number is ********53 and I am fed up of your company and the pathetic service they provide. This is the last attempt before I use MNP to see if u can help me. I use GPRS on regular basis but most of the time it shows as Invalid server and then when I try after some time I am able to surf net.
If you think u can help please let me know or just leave it. My alt number is 0********28.
