I have purchased a product -canvas vaccum bag from Star CJ worth 2690 ..The product delivered was not up to mark in quality and was also not working properly.

So i requested for refund on 9th of May.I was informed that the money would be credited by 10 th day .Till now no one has come to collect the product and they are saying they have been trying to contact me or the same ..It is all false.I have been following up with them almost evryday and til now not received any call from them.Dont knowwhich number they are contacting.

its all their tantrum not to pay back my money..If i have problem with the product and my money is stuck with them why will i not pick their call..the truth is they have nevr called me.I need my money back...

Please help me resolve the problem..Today - 20th May 2014 also i called twice..yesterday also i gave them a call..

But i can see no initiative taken from their end

I have ordered malhar saree combo from star cj worth 2999. I got the saree, but the saree was defective. Again called them , they assured that their executive will come to my place to pickup the saree with in one week. Its almost 3 week. No one has came till yet..when ever i called them, they give only execuses and execuses. I want to tell all the people. Please donot buy any thing from star cj or any telebrand company. They are making fool to us. These all are fraud company. They buy the product from road side and sale it at high cost. Government should ban these company

The reason for this mail is because for the pattern of quality of your employees that I have experienced I am sorry to say this I. Am not happy with the service that was provided to me. I had order for a product worth 2690 which I cancelled in next 2hours I do understand that it was informed to me to not to receive or take the delivery but I fail to understand if I have cancelled the order in next two hours why was the order sent and why was it not stopped and because for this mistake made by your company my mom who is illiterate and old and under the pressure of the courier boy has taken the order and now when I have called 3times out of which on the third call is where I got to speak to the supervisor :-Akash Sing who responses back saying sorry nothing can be done when I am clearly informing I dont want the product

Now I want to know just because I cancelled the product and due to mishaps I have paid and taken the product which is not opened and I wanted it to be returned are you'll tell me that your not going to take that money for that product because I cancelled the product that's not the fact right then why cant you'll take the product back.
