Reliance Communications Limited - Forcing to pay money for unused internet period data card

I was using reliance internet data card long ago, Since i was not satisfied with the service i informed reliance communication to close the data card and asked for outstanding.

reliance have not taken the point. and charging me even for the days where i have not used the data card.

Now they have filed consumer complaint against me and threatening me to pay the amount, for the unused time of the data card.
