HelIo I am Amit Kumar. my mob. no is ********94. I booked a Insala food processor ( Order No. 20130********1) at Star cj alive online shopping on 05-08-2013. I recieved this product on 09-08-2013. But after opening the packet of the product I found that food processor is not starting . there is no power supply in that product. for log complaint I call the various no. that provided by the star cj company. like 011-27639662/63/64, 012-44008377,0********38, 022-44418000. but all of the above numbers not filled my complaint about the product and they all give me another no. to file the complaint but when i contact to given no. they again give me another no. for complaint. So please file my complaint and either refund my amount Rs 3995 or replace the product with working condition.
I purchased nail art studio..It is too bad.We cant use it..i want my money back n take it..Quality is so chip..
Starcj items are very bad.Do not order it..
Hi Amit Kumar, even i had brought a food processor from star Cj. It was not working for few days but after bringing the issue into the notice, they got it replaced in a week. Never seen such a quik response from any one.

I have ordered bedsheet sets order from StarCJ, Mobile# is ********00.
Today after getting the courier I have checked and found with defects and holes in bedsheet and pillow.
Quality of the fabric and printing is pathetic.
Fabric quality is very very poor.
Printing defects are also there in all the bed sheets.
Bed sheet is with Mud stains
Stitching quality is really bad
Uncut threads are also everywhere on all the bed sheets
In cotton bed sheets, we have received very very low quality polyester Pillow covers
All the bedsheets & pillows are without Ironing.
It is such a worst bedsheets I have ever seen.
