Hi,

I have been using Vodafone services for so long. Last year I moved to Bangalore and took a Vodafone number (+91-********51) with Corporate plan. I was moving to Delhi permanently and wanted to continue with services of Vodafone, so I contacted customer care and requested them to retain my number (i.e. ********51) in Delhi as well and change my circle to Delhi. I got the response that since circle is being changed , so full number can not be retained in Delhi . however, they gave me offer to have my last 5 digits of my number retained with a Delhi circle number.

They made a false promise and now they are not ready to give me my last five digits of my mobile number with my new number of Vodafone, Delhi: (+91-********29).

I am highly dissatisfied with the services of Vodafone, Karnataka who gave me a false promise and misguided me.

I want to have last 5 digits of my old mobile number , i.e, (88851) with this new number.
I request you to take immediate steps to stop misguiding the customers on customer care if they are not capable enough to help us.
